A Noble Experiment started over the pandemic shutdown to fill a void for well-crafted cocktails in a time of despair. When the bars and restaurants finally opened, we continued providing quality drinks and service at pop-ups, speak-easies, supper clubs and private dinners.

I am Olga E. Camargo, I have been employed in the restaurant industry in some way for almost 20 years. I have had the experience of working in top restaurants and bars in the New Orleans area for much of that time, taking care of locals and tourists alike. I have created cocktail menus at some of the city’s most innovative cocktail programs and have had the pleasure of providing wonderful bar experiences to some of the city’s top diners either in a restaurant or at a private event. By starting A Noble Experiment, I decided to make my style of hospitality available for anyone needing a bartender for their events. I employ local industry colleagues for larger events and ensure they all get paid fairly for their services. I like to use fresh ingredients and quality products for all my custom cocktails.
